• Discharge one pound per minute of rock dust through 50’ of 2” hose (up to 200’ optional) • Trickle Dusters use a Transvector-type venturi that provides a large 1-½” opening for dust intake which prevents stopping up. • Both models spray a mist of dust into the air along beltlines to meet dusting requirements. • May be set in the intake air, with the hose running into the return air, eliminating the need for explosion-proof enclosures. • Totally enclosed electric motor with starter and overload protection drives lobe-type blower. • Air passing through the transvector picks up dust which has been aerated by a small amount of air passing through a nylon-covered air pad which causes the dust to flow like a liquid. • The dust is propelled through a 50’ to 200’ of 2” hose to discharge into the airstream along beltlines, etc.
